Check the fit before you buy

Use your real residence, age and complete travel dates. A quote that accepts your destination does not, by itself, establish eligibility for every traveller. If your residence is unavailable or your circumstances are unclear, ask Heymondo before proceeding.

Match the cover to your Japan plans

The official international product page describes emergency medical care, baggage protection and assistance, with options including cancellation, electronic equipment and adventure sports. Check the selected benefits, limits and exclusions in your own quote.

Before paying, answer these questions for your itinerary:

• Medical care: what are the medical and evacuation limits, and is there a deductible or excess? Check existing conditions and any ongoing treatment against the policy wording.
• Prepaid bookings: how much could you lose if you cancel? Check whether cancellation is selected, which reasons qualify and the purchase deadline. A medical benefit does not answer a cancellation question.
• Activities: are you skiing, climbing Mount Fuji, diving or doing another activity? Check the exact activity, altitude, terrain and any required add-on. Keep a written answer for anything unclear.
• Trip details: do the policy dates, destination countries, names and ages match the trip you are buying cover for?

What will your quote cost?

Keep the assistance details with your trip plans
